• We found the workshop very difficult to understand
• We spent time in our post meeting talking through all the changes

• We looked at the letters again. We made more comments on how they could be made easy read
• All these comments were then sent to the Council

• Hayley made posters that we put up in our Centres telling people about the changes to benefits
• We have had service user meetings in our Centres. We told people what the changes are and when they will happen
