House Service Cut Out - NEW
• House Service Cut Out (HSCO) is a fuse holder used to hold House Service Fuses (Bussmann part numbers LR85 and KR85)
• Usually owned by the electricity utility.
• Every home in the UK and Ireland has one installed.
• The HSCO is located next to the electricity meter.
• It is used with the House Service fuse to protect electricity meter from short circuit and over current faults.
• Normally sealed by the utility to prevent unlawful entry to the holder and electricity theft.
