BMI AR and Regional Operation Manager (ROM) add military-experienced job seekers to client interview schedule. Matches
are made based on required hard skills, soft skills, location, compensation, type of position and industry facets.
Client interviews occur at
ConferenceHire event; debrief with BMI AR regarding
preferred candidates by COB.
BMI gathers candidate feedback regarding preferred companies within 24
hours and shares with client.
BMI schedules site visits with client’s pursuit list (occur
