VINEYARDSoil: Deep Gunzian gravel from the Garonne River on a clayey-sandysubsoil.
BLEND60% Merlot / 25% Cabernet Sauvignon / 15% Cabernet Franc
VINIFICATIONClassical vinification in thermo-regulated vats. The qualitative ageingguarantees sophisticated and delicate woody notes, worthy of the greatest.
WINE TASTINGAttractive dark and dense colour. The expressive nose displays subtle blendof black fruits (Morello cherry, blackcurrant) and roasted touch (toast,vanilla). On the palate, the wine is wide and fleshy, with nice fruity touchenhanced by élégant woody notes and pleasant tannins.
MATCHING FOOD AND WINEServe at 17-18°C with roast turkey chick, fish fillet and red wine sauce or withgrilled fillet of duck breast and ground pepper sauce, along with home-mademashed potatoes. This wine will be perfect with a good selection of cheesesand fine cooked meats.
