On Monday he eats a plate of pasta, one chicken, half a kilo of chips, a bar of chocolate, one snack, two bananas,
but he is still hungry, so he has some sweets too.

Poor Bobby: he is fatter and fatter, his belly looks like a balloon !
But…suddenly… what happens to Bobby?
AAARGH!!!
He is so fat and round that he can’t walk, so he starts to roll like a football…
“Bobby, come here!” says the mum, and she starts running after him.
“Bobby, come here!” says the teacher and she starts running after him.
“Bobby, come here!” say all his friends and they start running after him.
But nothing can stop Bobby, he rolls and rolls and rolls.
And maybe he is still rolling along mountains, hills and plains…

2.Which food should we have daily?
3.In your opinion, how many servings a week of each group do we need for a healthy diet?
4.Imagine that you are at the supermarket and you have to choose the food you will eat during a day: make a list of the products you should buy to have a healthy diet.
