When a new harmonised principle is required the Harmonisation team will assess the impact of creating this principle across the GSS. They will engage with harmonisation champions and HoPs across the GSS to understand who wants to be involved in the work, and understand the wider impacts. A recommendation will put forward to the Steering Group who decides if the work should progress. SPSC will assist the harmonisation team have impact
and influence across the GSS and report progress into NSEG or escalate high profile decisions.
