Felties are fun and easy! You can add them to hair clips� use them as hair bow
centers� pin or snap them to clothing and accessories� and the list goes on…
Basic instructions�
• Hoop one layer of medium tear away stabilizer or two layers of lightweight
tear away stabilizer�
• The first step will be an outline to show you where to place the felt�
Place your felt covering the outline and resume stitching�
• The next steps will sew the details of the design� Some felt designs won’t
have details� Reference the design’s color chart�
• Before the final outline sews� turn the hoop over and place a piece of felt
on the back of the design� You can use a small piece of tape to hold it in
place�
• Resume stitching the final outline�
• Remove the felt and stabilizer from the hoop and trim carefully around the
felties�
• If you are going to use them with snap clips� cut a small slit to insert
the snap clip� I secure my snap clips with a drop of glue�
