Thistwo-daybasicprogramwasdevelopedforthosechargedwithorganizingandmanagingconsumerloans.Itwilladdresscreditdecision-makingaswellasthehumanrelationsaspectoflending.Thisprogramincludescasestudiesandroleplayingtoacquaintyouwitheffectiveinterviewingskillsandtoimproveyourcreditdecisions.Italsocontainsadiscussionontheconceptsofsecuredlendingandananalysisofdecision-making.
Attendantsqualifyfor14hoursofContinuingProfessionalEducation(CPE)creditintheareaofSpecializedKnowledgeandApplication.Noadvancedpreparationrequiredforthisprogram.InaccordancewiththestandardsoftheNationalRegistryofCPESponsors,CPEcreditshavebeengrantedbasedona50-minutehour.For
