• Increasing the efficiency of HOD activities in order to reduce the risk of encountering HO during maritime activities in the Baltic Sea area
• Identifying and prioritizing strategic HO risk areas
• Assisting Participants in the selection of areas for HOD activities
• Assisting Participants with a presentation of the detailed compiled common picture during planning and preparation for HOD activities
