SAARC STATEMENT ON CLIMATE CHANGE

Commission a study to explore the feasibility of establishing a SAARC mechanism which would provide capital for projects that promote low-carbon technology and renewable energy;

and a Low-carbon Research and Development Institute in South Asian University;
