“The conventional method of providing portable water in the wake of a disaster is often
costly and logistically complex. Normally, portable water is
distributed to communicates by trucking in bottled water or using diesel generator
purification systems.”

“Any proposed system must eliminate many points of
failure by presenting a stand-alone design allowing for
flexible transport of the unit by air, land or water bringing a
cost-effective, high-yield water purification capability to
potential users incorporating a self-generating power source.”

AquAdrop is a new breakthrough innovation system that delivers clean drinking water with zero fuel cost to
cities, communities and villages.
This technology will save the lives of hundreds of thousands of men, women, and children for generations to come.
The AquaDrop is a system where you put a hose into any fresh water source
and make safe drinking water using solar power.
The design behind this equipment is patent pending sediment filtration technolo-
gy followed by 5 minute contact time of CENTAUR carbon with Chlorine disinfection.
The patent pending filtration technology filters the sediment out of the water.
The CENTAUR carbon is for the removal of Chloramine, hydrogen sulfide, bromate
reduction, iron removal, VOCs, most pesticides, and will absorb other contami-
nants with high catalytic activities.
The disinfectant is Chlorine, however other disinfection chemicals can be used. The
disinfection system will maintain a 2 ppm chlorine residual to kill any microorganisms
while not having a Chlorine taste.

The Ocean AquaDrop is a state of the art patented system where you put a hose into any sea water source and make safe drinking water
using solar power.
The design behind this equipment is patent pending sediment filtration technology followed by desalination membrane with Chlorine disinfection.
The patent pending filtration technology filters the sediment out of the water.
Desalination membrane removes the salt and all other contaminants out of the water. 98% salt rejection/purity. Salt goes back into the ocean via piping that meets
EPA standards.
The disinfectant is Chlorine however other disinfection chemicals can be used. The disinfection system will maintain a 2 ppm chlorine residual to kill any

maintenanceThe AquaDrop is designed and operated to be 100% automatic and self-cleaning. When the filters get dirty, they automatically backwash themselves to clean itself, then automatically puts itself back into service.
sTArT-up AnD operATion looks like The folloWing sTeps:1. Turn on the main power switch located inside on the main control panel.
2. a. Remove the transportation safety straps. b. Deploy the panels by removing the holding pins, raise the hinged panels into place, and re-insert the holding pins. c. Hit the Solar Start button.
3. Attach the inlet hose onto the side of the trailer.
4. Throw the hose into the water source
5. If using a centrifugal style pump (as shown in the video) prime the pump with the hand pump, priming tank, and valves. Priming the pump means removing all of the air from inside the pump. You will know it is a centrifugal style pump if the pump is located inside the machine. If using a submersive style pump you skip step 5. You will know you are using a submersive style pump if the pump is attached to the end of the inlet hose you tossed into the water in step 4.
6. Turn on the pump with the switch on the pump controller.
7. Prime the chemical dosing pump by putting the chemical pump’s inlet hose into the disinfection holding tank, press the “100%” button on the dosing pump until the chemical has been pumped to the top of the outlet hose that goes into the water pipe.
8. After water is going into the holding tank, take Chlorine measurements with the supplied test kit on the holding tank’s inlet water. Adjust the chemical pump’s dosage dial until a 2 ppm Chlorine count is measured.
9. Drink!
preventative maintenancesTArT-up AnD operATion looks like The folloWing sTeps:
• Every month re-check the chemical dosage with the supplied test kit to make sure it is at 2 ppm. If not, adjust the chemical pump accordingly.
• Once the system is setup all one needs to do is make sure the Chlorine tank is full. Depending on the size of the system will depend on how often the Chlorine tank will need to be refilled. The unit on the video at 5 gallons per minute (gpm) will go through a 55 gallon drum of Chlorine every 9 months or so.
• Every 3 years replace the filtration tanks.
• Depending on the model of AquaDrop depends on what manual is given. Start-up and maintenance videos and pictures shall be made to assit in operating and troubleshooting the customer’s AquaDrop.
• Reverse osmosis and desalination AquaDrop systems will require weekly (preferred daily) monitoring with filled out data sheets on operating parameters. Additional start-up and maintenance steps may also be required.
