Notice pursuant to Environment Protection Act 1970 (Vic) This advertisement is published in accordance with Section 62(3A) of the Environment Protection Act 1970 (Vic). The Environment Protection Authority hereby gives notice of its intention to register a statutory charge over the properties known as and situated at 7 & 25 Saxton Street West, Numurkah in the State of Victoria. The charge is imposed for the amount ordered by the Supreme Court of Victoria on 14 December 2020 for the reasonable costs incurred by the Environment Protection Authority for the clean-up of the properties pursuant to Section 62(2) of the Environment Protection Act 1970 (Vic), being an amount of $1,995,000.
