What happens after I apply?• Apply

• Online• Paper Based

• You will be notified about the completion of your application and reminded that you have to submit additional materials.

• Application Materials• Submit all materials required.

• You will notified about materials missing and once you have completed the admissions process.

• Accepted or Denied• You will be notified up to 10 business days after you

complete the entire process about whether you are accepted or not.

I have been accepted! Now what?• Orientation and Registration

• This may be called different names at different colleges and universities:

• TOP• SOAR• EDGE• LINC• SeeBlue U Orientation• Freshman Orientation• Transfer Orientation

• Purpose:• Orientate you to the

campus/college/university that you attend.• Educate you about resources and services.• Meet your academic advisor.• Register for classes.• Meet with financial aid counselors.

I have been accepted! Now what?• Costs

• These programs can cost depending on the college or university you choose to attend.

• TIP! Ask your college representative about any cost associated with orientation and registration.

• Registering for Orientation and Registration• You will receive notification once accepted

about the orientation/registration program of the college/university that you attend.

• You will have a choice to register via online, phone, or email.

• This will all depend on the dates and times available for the college or university you choose to attend.
