Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Person 1

In a bowl mix 1 ½ c flour

3/4 c white sugar

½ tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp baking powder

Person 1

In a different bowl mix1/3 cup oil OR apple sauce

1/3 cup milk ( whole milk or fat free)

1 egg

Add above mixture to flour mixture- mix until moist

Add cut up apples to muffin mixture

Spoon mixture into the prepared pans- do not fill more than ½ way!

In a small bowl mix½ c sugar

1/3 c flour

1/4 c butter – cut into small piece

1 ½ tsp cinnamon

Use a fork and mix together- set aside

This is the topping!

Peel core and chop 2 apples

Give apples to person 1

Spray muffin pans- enough for 12 muffins

After person 1 fills the muffin cups ( they should only be filled ½ way) put topping on the muffin cups

Place muffins in the oven and set timer for 20 minutes

Muffins are done when the center is cooked all the way through
