ATTRACTIONSEach attraction in the Park is unique and has its own access conditions. In any situation, people in wheelchairs should be able to get out of their wheelchairs to participate in the attraction.
The table below lists all of the attractions at Parc Astérix. It gives the abilities needed to participate in each attraction and in case of a possible evacuation.
For safety reasons, only one disabled person may embark per attraction cycle. Please see size restrictions stipulated on the Park map. Please provide your comments and suggestions to the Bureau Relations Visiteurs (Visitor Services Desk), Via Antiqua (front street right after the cash desks): see on the Park map.

ACCESSING THE ATTRACTIONSAll visitors must be able to sit safely and hold on during the attractions. In the event of an evacuation, some attractions will require good autonomy. For several of our attractions, full understanding of time and space is required to ensure safety during the ride.Additionally, for safety reasons, only one person with reduced mobility may ride the attraction at a time.
ACCESS TO THE ATTRACTIONSAttractions and show venues are accessible via the exit or by specific alternative access routes which are reserved and marked. These specific access routes must be used both by people with reduced mobility and their carers (a maximum of three).
CARERSCarers must be aged 15 or over and must be able to help the person with reduced mobility whom they are accompanying if necessary. Because our staff are not authorised to physically assist visitors to board or disembark the attractions, it is the carer’s responsibility to physically help the person with reduced mobility that they are accompanying to do this.
TOILETSAll Parc Astérix toilets are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
FIRST AIDSpecific assistance can be sought at any time from the first aid station in the Park.
Warning : If you are in a family of more than four people, only the Easy Access holderand three carers can use the specific access; the rest of the group will have to queue.
GUIDE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCEDMOBILITY AND THEIR CARERS
• Visitors holding the bracelet may board all site attractions once, accompanied by a maximum of three carers.
• Easy access does not extend to choosing the seats on board the rides.
• The “Easy Access” bracelet is for personal use and must be presented to the attraction staff, accompanied by this guide.
• When attractions are exceptionally busy, easy access bracelet holders may have to wait: you will then be asked to come back to the ride later.
• Easy access is non-transferable and is only valid for the day indicated on the bracelet; if terms and conditions are not respected, the bracelet will be twithdrawn from the holder, who may not claim a refund for their tickets or goodwill gesture. Warning : If the bracelet is removed or torn, it will not be replaced under any circumstances.
• Attraction staff are not authorised to move people with reduced mobility; we recommend that you are accompanied by someone able to help you board and disembark the attractions.
