What is being managed?
• Clients (Top level) – Clients have metadata – Client have one or more accounts
• Accounts (Where the documents live) – Accounts have metadata – Each account will have documents
• Documents – Documents have metadata – Documents are reviewed and approved – Documents are annotated
Document Capture
• Scanning – Document Preparation (Staples, Binder Clips, etc.) – Batching (Like Documents)
• New Account Packets • Change of Address Forms • etc.
– Forms Recognition (What type of form is it) – Batch Classes (Identifying 1st queue)
• E-mail – Import into Alfresco – Parse out attachments for processing – Route to specific queues based on e-mail inbox
• Faxing – Import into Alfresco – Convert to Full Text PDF – Route to specific queues based on fax number
