The Drawings and Specifications prepared by Amaya Architects and it’s Consultants entitled “Raising of an Existing Residential Structure” and known as the “Degoursey Residence located at 11 Chetwood Street, Milford, Connecticut” Project Number 1198, Drawings and Specifications, are hereby amended in the following particulars:

Paint outlined in Part 7.0 of the Hazardous Building Materials
Survey from the following surfaces – House Door Frame
(Side entrance door into Kitchen) and Ceiling in Tool Room
(Rear Storage Bunker).
