About Galan Vineyards,
The company sells wine to 25 different countries, and has a total production capacity of
10.000.000 litres. The vineyard is equipped with automated irrigation systems, stainless
steel tanks and state of the art technology necessary for the elaboration of wines of
considerable high quality. Angela Muir, one of the most respectable wine tasters in the UK
works assessing the company. The Vineyard has a grapes average of 10 tons per hectare.
All grapes are cultivated in an organic land. In addition, it is important to point out that they
have the ISO 9.000 and ISO 12.000 certificate. Soon, the Vineyard is expecting to achieve
an organic certification.
Been a midsize company, the vineyard is able to customize labels and brands for each
customer (in any language), supplying the same quality wine over the years.

yeast (sur lie) to integrate flavors and enhance the rich, lingering
finish.

complement the forward fruit character.

Our Premium Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant honeydew melon,
tropical fruit, citrus and pear notes from grapes grown in the
Chilean central Valley. Delicate accents of mineral, lemongrass
and spice, characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, add
complexity to the fresh fruit flavors. The wine is beautifully
balanced, combining bright acidity with rich texture from aging on
the yeast. This Sauvignon Blanc is excellent with Hawaiian fish
tacos and sweet potato fries, specialty of a local Monterey
restaurant. Our Sauvignon Blanc is also delicious with ethnic
dishes -- such as spicy cheese quesadillas, sushi, Thai noodles, or Chinese chicken salad
-- or simply grilled seafood, pork and chicken.

moderately tannic finish, this appears to be complete wine, as
well as one capable of lasting at least a decade.

Powerful, yet full of finesse, this deep ruby wine exudes rich,
complex layers of ripe fruit. The intense bouquet releases
enticing aromas of raspberries and black currants, alternating
with sweeter hints of vanilla and cloves. On the palate, this
wine immediately shows its great consistency with perfectly
integrated tannins and just the right balance of acidity. The
vibrant flavors of blackberry and blueberry weave into a long,
warm finish. The tannins are extremely fine and velvety,
ensuring continued development of complexity in the bottle.

Winemaker's Notes
The grapes were fermented in temperature-controlled tanks
and French oak barriques prior to blending, resulting in a wine
that shows intense varietal characters with added complexity
and rich, mouth-filling texture. The grapes for this wine were
selected from the lower terraces of our vineyard. To give
added complexity and interest, 10% of the juice was fermented
in French oak barriques. The rich, lifted fruit flavours of
Winemakers' Reserve Sauvignon Blanc are ideal as an aperitif
or with meals. Try it with seafood paella or grilled pork with
parsnip mash.
