Hi Students! This week you should be working onthe lessons & assignments on your course pace
chart for Week 1. Make sure you have the minimum
assessments completed by Friday to be on pace, but
you may work ahead if you choose. Make sure to
read through the lesson carefully, take notes, andreview the assignment directions & rubric before

use, conversion, andinterpretation of units.
Module 2:
Understand and recall one-stepequations, two-step equations,
absolute value equations,inequalities, compound inequalities,
and literal equations.
Module 3:
Explain and recall relations & functions,linear functions, determine the domain &
range of a function, use functionnotation, understand slope, how linearequations can be written and graphed,linear models, writing linear functions,
and the characteristics of parallel &perpendicular lines.
Module 4:
Understand and recall the propertiesof exponents, operations with
radicals, exponential functions,graphing functions, sequences, thedifference between recursive and
explicit formulas and exploring linear& exponential growth.
Module 5:
Understand and recall how to solvesystems of equations graphically/
algebraically/ approximately, determinewhether a system has no solution, one
solution or infinitely many solutions, howto graph two-variable inequalities, how to
solve systems of linear equalities andexploring linear inequalities.
