The corporate sales department handles all business insurances and works in tandem with our technical division to provide the best fit insurance solutions. Information obtained from clients is processed and delivered to the technical division who in turn source the best of solutions from reputed insurance companies. Once the insurance policy is active, the corporate team supports our clients with any required insurance assistance. The team also reviews corporate insurances periodically and presents suggestions for improvements.
TechnicalThe technical department works by understanding client requirements and liaising with our network of reputed and world class insurance companies. The division is the backbone of our operations and caters to all other internal departments by tailoring
insurances as per customer specifications. The division handles claims and continuously monitors and fine tunes schemes.
Personal The personal lines department which includes the customer service outbound call centre, caters to all individual insurance requirements. Car, home, medical, travel and life insurance services are provided in a hassle free and efficient manner. An accurate car insurance quote in 20 minutes is the current benchmark.
AffinityThe affinity team handles three very major automobile showrooms in Dubai. Namely, Volkswagen, Audi & Porsche. Every car sold is facilitated with the right insurance solution swiftly and accurately by the department’s representatives stationed in the respective showrooms and their back office colleagues. The above scheme is the largest most successful and profitable auto insurance scheme in the region to date.
Life insurance and private brokingThe life and private broking teams provide life insurance and critical illness coverage from world class insurance companies such as Zurich.
The private broking division elevates life insurance provision to a whole new level with a dedicated insurance advisor available to handle policies and queries. This is an exclusive service arrangement for ANIB’s top tier clientele of busy executives.
