What does this mean for St. Louis?• Nonattainment New Source Review applies for
ozone in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and Boles Township in Franklin County. PSD permitting applies in all other areas.
• Transportation conformity no longer applies for PM2.5, however, it continues for ozone due to a recent court decision.
• State and federal emission control rules relied upon in previous plans continue to apply.
