AIESEC, the world’s largest student-run organization, is the international platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society. AIESEC provides its members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships and participation in a global learning environment. The National team is a 4 full-time team responsible for coordinating activities such as: External Events and Seminars, Government and Board of Directors relations, Talent Sourcing and Strategic Management and program execution. A Local Chapter is based out of a university (or a group of nearby universities) and its members work voluntarily, and they are responsible for the functional operations of AIESEC: The leadership and internship programs, as well as projects based on student mobility. We offer around 45 internships and 20 leadership experiences per year.

The National Training Conference is a semi- annual conference held by AIESEC in Bahrain aiming to challenge its members to take the next step of developing their leadership potential. The conference delegates were able to receive strategic training on their focus areas in the organization, and learnt to set personal and professional goals for themselves to motivate them to perform at their best. The delegates also developed their soft skills and got the chance to network with the all the delegates present. Your company has made this conference happen by supporting and sponsoring this vital event. This 3-day conference was held from 7th July until 9th July.
About the National Conference
"AIESEC in Bahrain's July National
Conference was a wonderful
opportunity for AIESEC members to
gather together and learn practical
skills in team management,
leadership, communications, and
strategy. The agenda took the
delegates through the path of

while focusing on how each

“Simply with no doubt one of the best conferences I have ever attended. I never thought I can learn so many things in
three days; It’s an experience that I will definitely never forget. What was so great about the conference is that the
sessions revolved around topics that not only will help me in my AIESEC career but also in my daily life. Moreover, I
really enjoyed the conference and got to know many better other great AIESEC members. What truly makes the
conference an unforgettable one is how fun was integrated with learning.”
