His career has been focused around Internet Of Things 7 Digitalization and the transformation that the technology enables in terms of new services and solutions. Per is the co-founder of the Dynafleet solution - the world first commercial telematics solution and the company WirelessCar – a leading Telematics Service provider. Currently he is head of Strategy & Business Development in Volvo Group Telematics. He received a computer science degree from University of Gothenburg and conducted graduate studies at Harvard University, Cambridge.

Marco Faulenbach has joined the leadership team of AfterSales Business Management at BMW Goup in 2013 as Head of Parts Lifecycle and Cost Management (UA-9). Marco Faulenbach spent in total 18 years at Bosch, first as Sales and Senior Project Manager, later as Vice President Manu-facturing and Logistics, from 2005 on he was Senior Vice President Automotive Aftermarket as Head of different Business Units. During that time he

developed deep knowledge in the Auto-motive area and worked in different functions and gained international business experience. Within the BMW Group Business Unit AfterSales he is respon-sible for purchasing, product life cycle management including recycling and remanufacturing.
As a specialist in the automotive aftermarket, with a good technical empathy, the successful development of new products and sales volumes into this highly competitive marketplace has been repeatedly delivered. Having worked successfully as both a Sales Director and Managing Director, I have managed both direct sales teams and distributors in the UK and Internationally. Working in Brussels, against a backdrop of increasing vehicle technology, changing legislation and various threats to the Aftermarket, I am heavily involved with various European Aftermarket organisations to support the rights and requirements to access repair and maintenance information that enables independent operators to continue to service, maintain and repair vehicles throughout the EU.
Mr. Pierluigi Ghione is currently the Director - Plant Manager at Grammer AG in Serbia. His previous positions include Plant Director for Key Safety System, Director Plant Manager Romania for IAC Group, Senior Lead Engineer at Johnson Controls or Consultant at Atheneum Partners.

Fotios Katsardis is “hybrid” European (Greek with Finnish family living in German) and has spent over 30 years living and working in different European countries. He holds a BA in Economics, a MA in European Economic Studies and a MBA in Internationalisation. He was American Fulbright Nominee and Robert Schuman Scholar of the European Parliament. Fotios is almost 23 years active in the Automotive Aftermarket (12 years within Robert Bosch and the last 11 years the CEO and President of TEMOT International Autoparts GmbH in Ratingen, Germany.
Before joining MANN+HUMELL GmbH in 2007, Mr. Tyaerk Dieckmann had been employed by Hewlett-Packard for over 12 years, holding different roles such as senior financial analyst, finance manager and procurement manager. He is currently the vice president sales manufacturing in MANN+HUMELL GmbH and holds the worldwide responsibility for aftermarket sales to Automotive OEMs.
