• Participants were “prescribed” CardioSmart resources after
being trained on how to use the website

• >25% of patients logged on and used the website
• 92% rated the content quality as very good or good
• 86% rate the quantity of information as very good or good
• Reasons patients visited the site
• 27% needed help in understanding their condition
• 22% needed help managing their condition
• 16% wanted a way to interact with similar patients
