Call for Papers
With emergent economic scenario the game changers for success are entrepreneurial thought leadership and
tapping the Human Resource potential for excellence. The Alexa - Netflix generation demands focus entirely
on self reliant nation, seamless world without boundaries and limitations. The Conference themes pick these
two buzz words of development in a combination theme to create a platform of learning and exploring Hu-
man Resource Development and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development. AHRD/EDII invites
Thought leaders, Practitioners, Academicians, Industrialists, Research Students, Entrepreneurs and aspiring
youth to present Scholarly papers, Conceptual papers, Case studies and Success/ Failure stories specific to
SAARC/ASEAN Nations in these two sunrise sectors.

Submission Guidelines
· Full Papers/ Work-in-Progress Papers (WIP)/Case Studies/Success/Failure Stories not exceeding 3,000
words in length (all inclusive) with an abstract of no more than 200 words with at least 3 Keywords
· Selected papers will be published in the proceedings in a book form by AHRD with an ISBN Number
· The official language for this International Conference is English
· To facilitate the blind review process, REMOVE ALL AUTHOR-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, includ-
ing acknowledgements, from the submission as this is the document reviewers will be reading.
· An author can be named on no more than two submissions regardless of their submission category and the
author order. · Please send your submission to: [email protected]
Formatting of Papers
· A strict adherence to APA style guide
· All submissions are required to include the following information in a separate Cover Page: Title of Paper,
Name (s) of Author (s), Position (s), Organization Affiliation, mailing address, e-mail address and contact
number (Telephone, Fax).
· Be sure to number all of the pages of the paper and please avoid the use of footnotes and Endnotes

will not be reviewed.
