Structured Process• March and April: Environmental Scan of Internal and External
environments– Data Gathering & stakeholder/people engagement
• May: Making Sense of the Data – Identify strategic themes
• June-July: Develop concept/white papers about strategic themes
• End of August, Early September: Convene a Vision Conference with stakeholders (Discuss white papers)
• September: Convene a Goals Conference with Committee – Identify Goals for Vision and Strategic Themes
• October 1 : submit final report to Provost King
