ABOUT CHANGE MAKERSABOUT CHANGE MAKERS

• Change Makers has been set up by Mi Casita to support the delivery of Feel the ChangeFeel the Change, our project to transform our world

• It is for people who wish to use their influence and/or skills to bring about the changes they wish to see in their world, fairly, ethically and sustainably

• We believe that as we engage in the process of tranforming our lives, individually and together, we become more able to help other people and communities to do the same.

WHAT IS MI CASITA? WHAT IS MI CASITA?

• Mi Casita is a social club set up by an international group of women who live in Marbella, in southern Spain

• We are committed to the idea that women, in particular in our role as mothers, have a role to play in bringing about the change that we want to see in the world starting with ourselves, our families and friends

• Men are equally welcome.

Who is it for?Who is it for?

• Our Network of Influence is for people who have been invited to actively support our vision to transform our world

• They appreciate our connectedness to each other and the role they can play in bringing together like minded people to be the change they wish to see in the world

• The idea is simple: if we want a world that is fair, balanced and harmonious, then we should be prepared to be and live those values ourselves.

Who is it for?Who is it for?

• Our Read and Transform campaign provides a framework for engaging conscious people in the change agenda

• As they read they automatically transform their thoughts and feelings, whether or not they agree with the narrative being presented. Through their vote, they are also able to influence the types of services, products and projects to be developed for the Kosmo People community with revenues from the campaign

• Networks will be set up in regions across the world. The networks will be made up of individuals who will invite friends and acquaintances who are interested in a fair and balanced world, to read and transform.

Who is it for?Who is it for?

• They may come from the same geographical location, share a profession, be of a similar age group or social group or a cross section of people from different backgrounds

• Joining our network is simple and easy

• Anyone who is interested can do so after a short interview process to identify that they understand what the project is about and share its values and vision.

As the fund grows, we will extend the activities of the Change Makers fund to include the development of specialist Change Makers collectives.

• Our areas of interest include:

1. Design and packaging2. Production – products & materials3. IT4. Content development5. Translation6. Community development

The foundation collective will work closely with Mi Casita and Kosmo People to reach skilled people across the world:

• They will be a part of our 1% of target audience of women and men who tend to be proactive in projects like Feel the Change. They are positive, optimistic, enthusiastic, thoughtful and sociable (POETS) people who actively engage with causes that they believe in.

• Mi Casita will receive eighty percent of revenues generated from excerpts of the How would that make you feel? book series which has been gifted to us by the author

• Fifty percent of these revenues will go to Mi Casita and the other fifty percent to our global project for change called Kosmo People

• Mi Casita and Kosmo People will contribute a total of ten percent of their revenues to the Change Makers fund.

• As one half of the Change Makers collective, fifty percent of the collective’s revenue from the Read and Transform campaign (5% of the total) will go to the Network of Influence

• It is proposed that these funds should be used to pay for/subsidise the costs of events and activities organised by members of the network, skills development and remuneration

• Members of the Change Makers network of influence should collectively have the final decision on how this income is spent, including what type of remuneration they should receive.

• The other fifty percent of the collective’s revenue from the Read and Transform campaign (5% of the total) will go to the Change Makers foundation collective

• The exact conditions of remuneration will be recommended by the CM collective to the Kosmo People community for their approval before work is commissioned.

WHO CAN BECOME A CHANGE MAKER? WHO CAN BECOME A CHANGE MAKER?

• A Change Maker is someone who is:

Enthusiastic about our mission, vision, aims and objectives for Mi Casita and Kosmo People

Understands the role of the conscious individual in transforming our world

Values the opportunity provided by the How would that make you feel? book series in facilitating this process

Feels able to work with like-minded women and men to support the development of Mi Casita and Kosmo People.

If you are happy with what you have read, to qualify as a Change Maker involves twotwo simple actions:

1. You subscribe to Read and Transform (for 4€ ) which automatically entitles you to become a Change Maker

2. You register your interest to be a Change Maker.
