The training services company was spending heavily to get new student enrolments through their
sales channels which included their 1) 300+ centers in India 2) Call Centre channel & 3) Website.
The client’s leadership team had access to certain internal MIS reports that gave them a birds eye
view on certain metrics like Centre wise No. of new enrolments, Revenue, etc. but the depth of those
reports was not sufficient to measure & track the ROI from expenditure at a granular level for, e.g. at
a Centre level or a particular call centre agent level.
