Setting Out MethodologyInstructions1. Secant piles are drawn as 450mm diameter. Sheet piles are drawn as 450mm overall width. Conrm piling dimensions to Architect and await adjustments and/or instruction to proceed.2. Establish Setting Out Point 1 at junction of the existing house and ace of No.33 garden wall as shown.3. Establish Setting Out Point 2 at the north-east, inside corner of the garden wall brick pier as shown.4. Establish Setting Out Point 3 at corner of rear garden wall gate opening as shown.5. Measure from Setting Out Point 1 along the face of the garden wall to est ablish Point A6. Measure from Setting Out Point 2 along the face of the garden wall to est ablish Point B7. Follow dimensions and instructions as given on this dr awing to establish piling centrelines.General NotesA. Establish all Setting Out Points approximately 1 metre above existing garden/paving level.B. Setting out points are established at points we expect to be unobstructed at the time of setting out. If a point isu navailable please Architect for alternative instructions.C. Piling lines are parallel offset from the boundary walls.
