Welcome to FaircrestThe Faircrest neighborhood on Madison's west side is one of only a select few neighborhoods that are walkable to the local elementary school, middle school, and high school. Faircrest also offers excellent access to a number of nearby shopping destinations and two of Madison's most
prized parks. The neighborhood is bordered by Inner Drive and South Hill
Drive to the north, Mineral Pt Rd to the south, Rosa Rd to the east, and Yellowstone Drive to the west. Most Faircrest real estate was constructed in the 1960s and 1970s.

Schools & ParksAll of the properties in Faircrest are zoned to Jefferson Middle School and Memorial High School.
