Rough Schedule of Activities10:00am: Close Street and Begin Setup2:00pm: Dunk Tank, Games and Prizes
(balloon toss, seed distance, musical chairs, hand knots, sneaker scramble and more!)
5:00pm Dinner6:30pm: Dessert Contest (Special Prizes!)
7:00pm: Fire Pit, Marshmallows and Bring your Instrument!10:00pm Clean Up
Fire Department, Police Department and Local Officials have been invited!
We need tables, chairs, BBQ’s, fire pits, ping pong tables, basketball hoops, hula hoops and anything FUN!
We also need volunteers for flyer distribution, setup, cleanup, check-in / payment / wrist bands, water balloon filling, face painting and cooking.
