E X E R C I S EWRIT ING EXERCISE : 30 MINUTES
Write your own letter to your kid. Sit with her, show compassion, stop
leaving her behind it’s not serving you. Remember that you are all she
has. By getting on your knees, looking her in the eye, and listening
without judgement, you can join together the parts of you which are now
split. Fully aligning with ourselves takes away the necessity for physical
pain. Set a timer for 30 minutes. Turn the phone over or the timer
around so you can’t watch it, and simply write the letter until the alarm
dings.
