Discussion Questions1. Would you be concerned about your health if you had a job that required night shift hours? Why/why not?
2. What can be done to mitigate (reduce) the negative effects that may accompany working at night?
3. According to the article, what risks are associated with working at night?
4. Have you ever worked or studied at night? If so, did working or studying at night and sleeping during the day seem to affect your health?
5. How would you rank your preference shift work? Would you prefer 7am-3 pm, 3pm-11 pm, or 11 pm-7am? Why?
Discussion Questions• 1-What would you do if you were in the place of the author of this article and you erupted

• 2-What do you think when you hear parents telling their children to stop crying? Do you agree with this kind of attitude?
