ABOUT WBE CANADA
WBE Canada (Women Business Enterprises Canada Council) is a non-profit organization that is opening doors for Canadian women-owned businesses to supply chains across North America. We are the bridge between corporate and public procurement and Canadian Women Business Enterprises (WBEs). We focus on building relationships, facilitating knowledge transfer and driving economic growth.
GOVERNANCE WBE Canada is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors representing corporate and government organizations committed to supplier diversity such as Accenture, BMO Financial Group, Nokia, the City of Toronto, Telus, RBC and others.
OUR VISION Empower women-owned businesses with equal access within corporate and public procurement.
OUR MISSION To advance economic growth across Canada through certification, promotion, and development of women-owned businesses.
OUR VALUES Innovation | Integrity | Teamwork | Impact
As businesses around the globe face unprecedented turmoil and supply chains work hard to adapt and adjust to change as a result of Covid-19, WBE Canada celebrates and applauds Canadian Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) as they contribute to and respond to the pandemic response. As recovery slowly begins and corporations and government organizations look to reopening the economies, there is an incredible
opportunity to increase the participation of women owned businesses in supply chains.
