Kelly Finn Störmer,Chief Operating Officer, NAVSO
Kelly Finn Störmer is the Chief Operating Officer of NAVSO.
She holds a BA from Villanova University and an MBA from The George Washington University.
Kelly served as Surface Warfare Officer and received her commission through the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps. She had two sea assignments in San Diego and served as the White House Liaison to the Secretary of the Navy, and as a White House Social Aide during the Bush Administration. After active duty service Kelly worked as a consultant for McKinney Rogers building high performance cultures in Fortune 500 organizations.
Kelly is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, still serves as a military spouse and is a mom to three young boys.

Todd Connor, CEO, Bunker LabsTodd is the CEO and founder of Bunker Labs, a national entrepreneurship
organization dedicated to helping the military connected community start and
grow businesses. Founded in 2014 in Chicago, Bunker Labs has grown to chapters
across the U.S. with further expansion plans underway with a goal to have a presence
in all 50 states by the year 2021.
Bunker Labs works to support the military connected community by creating locally thriving networks,
educational programs, and platforms for military veteran entrepreneurs to connect with the people,
resources, and opportunities they need to be successful with early stage ventures.
Todd Connor is a former management consultant, U.S. Navy veteran, and has held many leadership roles in
the public and private sector. He is a two-time entrepreneur and the founder of The Collective Academy.
Todd also serves as the lead facilitator for the George W. Bush Institute Stand-To Veteran
Leadership Program.

Anne Sprute, President, Rev TechAnne Sprute retired from a 24 year Army career and founded Rally Point/6 (RP/6), a nonprofit business designed to accelerate re-integration of veterans into the private sector after their military service. In 2017, the United Services Organizations (USO), recognized RP/6 as a best in class model, resulting in the first of its kind acquisition of a non-profit business.
As the Senior Vice President of Transition Strategy and Innovation, Anne led the Global Strategic Business Unit that was responsible for spearheading and scaling the RP/6 model she developed that was re-branded as the PathfinderSM program. From concept to acquisition, as an entrepreneur, Anne’s vision and effectiveness to build business standards and design programs continue to be her core focus to raising the bar for organizations to reach their desired “endgame”.
After the RP/6 Acquisition, Anne founded REV Tech LLC; REV stands for “Remember Every Veteran”. REV is a full-service consulting organization with a focus on solving complex business problems, providing technology solutions for enterprise clients in both the commercial and public sectors.
Sprute is a graduate of the U.S. Army Warrant Officer and Army Aviation School(s), she is certified in three Army Airframes; the UH-1 Huey, OH-58 Kiowa and the UH-60 Blackhawk. Anne is a Microsoft Alumni, and a distinguished graduate from the first-of-its-kind, inaugural Presidential Leadership Scholars class (PLS).
