2008-‐2014 I have led student teams to win two First place awards at national and
state level and one honors award at regional level 2011-‐ cont. Engaged with the IUCN-‐International Union for Conservation of Nature,
Commission of Ecosystem Management since 2011 2008, 2010 I have proactively reached out and established working relationships
with International Forums such as U.N.Habitat and IUCN 2008-‐ cont. I have consistently sought to establish connections with local community
and bridged the gap between academia/community by addressing their design needs through academic design projects for example with Legacy Parks Foundation, Knoxville Greenways Coalition, Knoxville Parks and Recreation, East Tennessee Economic Development, and Knoxville Commissioner Amy Broyles, NorthEast Baltimore, town of Easton, Md.
