Los Verdes Golf Course is a premier ocean view event venue which provides a natural setting for hosting perfect weddings. We are able to host intimate events or grand celebrations up to 350 guests. Your guests enter our gates onto the Catalina Terrace were they are greet-ed with views from Catalina Island to Malibu as well as our lush green golf course. Once inside the ballroom your guests will enjoy the same views through our floor to ceiling windows. Our on-site private event team will be on hand to assist with the details throughout the planning process. Our team will also match you up with local vendors, who will be great partners for making sure your day will come off without a hitch. At Los Verdes we only host one event at a time so our professional staff is able to flawlessly execute each detail we have planned with you. Wedding Ceremonies
Each ceremony site boasts views of our lush golf course, the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.
Ceremony packages include White Wedding Chairs for up to 200 guests, One hour rehearsal and use of Bridal Suite. Additional chairs over 200 are $2.50 per chair plus tax. Sound System is not provided. Rehearsal and
Ceremony coordination are included.
For ceremony only, please add $500 to the above ceremony site prices. A 2 hour event window is permitted. Limited availability and special discounts are not applicable.

Deposits and Final Payment: Los Verdes requires an initial deposit to reserve your date. In addition to the initial deposit, a second deposit will be
due half way between the date your event is booked and the actual event date. Please see below for additional information.
Events booked more than six (6) months prior to event date:
25% of the food and beverage minimum, plus ceremony site fee. Due at time of booking.
50% of the food and beverage minimum, plus ceremony site fee. Due half way between the date your event is booked and the actual event
date.
Final Payment due ten (10) days prior to event date.
Event booked less than six (6) months prior to event date:

Deposits are non-refundable. All forms of payment are accepted on the initial and second deposits. Personal checks are not accepted for final
payment.
Final Guest Count and Deadline: A minimum of 45 days before your event a preliminary meeting should be scheduled to review your event
timeline, menus, linens, floor plan, and package selections. For food ordering, staffing, and billing purposes, the final guest count and all event
selections are due no later than 10 business days before the event and will not be subject to reduction. Requests for additional meals guaranteed
later than 10 days will require Chef approval and may result in menu substitution.
Food and Beverage Minimum Expenditures: All events held at Los Verdes Golf Club are subject to meet a minimum Food and Beverage ex-
penditure which varies due to date and time. Lesser minimums are offered during off peak months and Sunday-Friday. Minimums do not in-
clude service charge, CA state sales tax, rental items, and ceremony site fees. Service charge of 20% is applied to all food and beverage items and
is taxable according to California Sales Tax Regulation 1603. For minimum requirements please contact the Private Event Team.
Event Hours: For a Ceremony and Reception 6 hours of event time is provided and 5 hours are provided for a Reception only. On Saturdays
(during peak season) either a 10am-4pm or 6pm-12am slot is available. Sunday-Friday events have flexible start times. Additional hours of event
time may be purchased until 1am. Fee is $500 per hour. Vendors are welcome to set up 2 hours prior to your event start.

Rehearsals: Wedding ceremony rehearsals are available during the week of your event and are only for one hour. Rehearsals must be scheduled in
advance with the Private Event Team.
Food & Cake Tastings: As part of your planning you will be invited to attend a complimentary exclusive pre-wedding food tasting event. A variety
of samples from our wedding menu will be offered. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a tasting on every single menu item. The Private Event
Team will personally invite each booked guest to attend prior to their event. There will be a $25 fee for each additional attending guest. Cake tastings
are to be scheduled directly with the preferred bakeries. Preferred bakeries are Torrance Bakery, Rossmoor Pastries, and The Great Dane Baking
Company (Los Alamitos).
Day of Wedding Coordinator: A personal day of wedding coordinator will be included with your package when you host both ceremony and
reception at Los Verdes. When only reception is held at Los Verdes a fee of $300 will apply for a personal day of wedding coordinator.
Your day of coordinator will assist with rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception. A few of the duties will include ceremony coordination,
placing personal items such as place cards, favors, cake cutting set and champagne flutes, and pack up of personal items near the end of the event.
