Sec. 1. (a) All SK Budgets approved by a majority of the seven (7) members of a particular SK shall be submitted to the SKCEC/SKMEC on or before the last working day of October of every year.

Sec. 6. (a) The Panlalawigang, Panlungsod & Pambayang PSK shall be convened at least once a month, at the time & place specified by the Pederasyon concerned.
