Invitation Dear partner,
Stockholm University is delighted to invite staff from your university to participate in our Erasmus Staff Week 2013. The Staff Week is addressed to staff working with a focus on student mobility in the International Office or in a department. Up to 30 participants can join the Erasmus Staff Week and take part in different seminars and get to know Stockholm University. A maximum of 2 participants from each university is allowed. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend our Student Exchange Fair in order to promote your university to our students.

Application Information
Participants are expected to actively take part in the three seminars.
The topics of the seminars are:
Seminar 1: Internationalization: Best Practices at your Unit Everybody is expected to give a short presentation (max. 5 min.). We are interested to know:
How is internationalization organized at your university? How do you handle workflows with incoming and outgoing students? What are the advantages/disadvantages of how you organize internationalization at your
university?
Seminar 2: Integration of International Students Integration of international students into campus and community life is a priority to most of the universities. How do you ensure the integration? What are your initiatives?
Seminar 3:
The New Erasmus+ Programme, Strategic Partnerships One part of the new Erasmus+ programme focuses on strategic partnerships. New possibilities are given to fund different kinds of activities with your strategic partners. Share your best practices and ideas on how to use and develop this new possibility offered by the new programme.
Last day to apply is the 17th of October 2013. Stockholm University reserves the right to select the participants in order to create a good mixture and a creative environment. Participants will receive notification of acceptance not later than October 25th.
Practical information about the Staff Week and recommended accommodation will be sent out after the selection of participants is completed.
