Description
MTRQ-4S101 is a Four-Channel,Parallel,
Fiber-Optic QSFP28 transceiver for 100G Base-SR4
Ethernet Applications.This transceiver is a high
performance module for short-reach muti-lane data
communication and interconnect applications.it
integrates four data lanes in each direction with
103.125Gbps bandwidth.Each lane can operate
25.78125Gbps up to 70m OM3 or 100m OM4 fiber
These module are designed to operate over
multimode fiber systems using a nominal wavelength
of 850nm. The electrical interface uses a 38 contact
edge type connector.The optical interface uses an 12
fiber MTP(MPO). connector
A serial EEPROM in the transceiver allows the
user to access transceiver monitoring and
configuration data via the 2-wire QSFP Management
Interface. This interface uses a single address, A0h,
with a memory map divided into a lower and upper
area. Basic digital diagnostic (DD) data is held in the
lower area while specific data is held in a series of
tables in the high memory area.

Notes:
[1] GND is the symbol for signal and supply (power) common for the QSFP+ module. All are common within the
QSFP+ module and all module voltages are referenced to this potential unless otherwise noted. Connect these
directly to the host board signal-common ground plane.
[2] Vcc Rx, Vcc1 and VccTx are the receiver and transmitter power supplies and shall be applied
concurrently.Recommended host board power supply filtering is shown in Figure 7. Vcc Rx Vcc1 and VccTx may be
internally connected within the QSFP+ Module in any combination. The connector pins are each rated for a
maximum current of 500 mA.
