uses virtual coaches, mantras, graphs to track and record progress.

This APP offers three different variations of yoga, three difficulty levels and
three durations.
It has 27 yoga positions to choose from.

This is a virtual version of Zumba, Crossfit Gym classes and other popular fitness programmes. It tracks your progress while
comparing your workout to what you should be achieving for maximum results. There is a sharing facility so you get to know what
you should be doing to keep you motivated.
