1. The Department of Education Division of Bulacan shall conduct the Division Integrated Competition andFestival of Talents on the following scheduled dates and venues.

2. The festival aims to:

a. provide opportunities for students to showcase their talents in the different genres of performing arts(Music Dance, Theater. Visual and Media Arts) thru exhibits, performances and competitions as evidence oftheir learning and;b. exlend parallel learning sessions for teacher and student to enhance their knowledge and artistic potentialin their respective fields of interest.
3. The participants in these activities are:a. Elementary and Secondary Public School studentsb. MAPEH Department Heads and Coordinatorsc. District Music, Arts & PE Advisers and Coordinatorsd. Teacher trainers, coaches, artistic director & assisting artists
4. All first place winners shall represent the Division in the 8"' Regional Integrated Competitions to be held ondates and venues. (TBA)

teria, categories of the different competitions and TWG are found in Enclosure No. 1 6. The registration fee shall be charged to all contestants to defray cost of competition materials, certificates,
honoraria of judges and other incidental expenses.• One hundred fifty pesos (150.00) Individual Category • Six hundred pesos (600.00) Group Category
7. Expenses for food allowance, transportation, musical instruments, costumes, registration fee and otherincidental expenses shall be charged against the local school fund/MOOE. Hauling of musical instruments andsports equipment shall be charged against Division MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rulesand regulations.
8. This memorandum serves as authority to travel of the participants.9. Immediate and wide dissemination and compliance to this Memorandum is earnesHy desired.
