LARGE areas of ruralCork are being leftwithout garda cover be-cause of a lack of gardacars and manpower.

That is the claim of longserving gardaí outside of thecity, who are concerned thatareas affected by garda stationclosures are not gettingpatrolled regularly becausethere aren’t enough gardacars.
