Details of the First Year Practical
In the duration of Two-Year Course the Practical work is divided in two ways:
Internship and Enhancing Professional Capacities. To implement these two there is the provision
of 300 marks. So,
1. 100 marks for Internship in 1st year.
2. 200 marks for Enhancing Professional Capacities (EPC).
Total 300 marks have been provided.
1. First Year Internship
As a part of the curriculum, there will be two programmes in the beginning of Session: 21
days (excluding holidays) Language Awareness Camp and Understanding of school. They are:
1. Language Awareness Camp is to be arranged in the following way:
There will be 7 periods of one hour each in the Camp.
Model Speaking Camp-training should be given in the first two periods.
In the 3rd
period English Laguage Grammar is to be taught.
In the 4th
period the linguistic features of Hindi/Regional Language is to be
taught.
In the 5th
period the students should be made attention to the following facts:
Instructorship, Form of Teacher Education-Problems and Possibilities, Importance of
Sanskrit Education-Problems and Possibilities, Sanskrit Language Teacher, Need of Sanskrit for

National Integrity, Sanskrit and Science, Protection of Guru-Shishya Tradition, Micro-teaching,
Macro-teaching, Listening Skill, Speaking Skill with clarity, Reading Skill, Writing Skill,
Development of Laguage Skill, presentation Skill, Teaching and Training, Teaching Maxims,
Concept of Teaching, lesson Skill, Reading Skill, Questinaring Skill, Explanation Skill, Writing
Skill on Black-board and Homework are to be attended.

Understanding the School: Marks - 50
The Pupil Teachers should be grouped and distributed in schools, after deciding some
schools around the Campus location, for a period of a week with the direction of subject teacher
of the department. They should observe the school activities such as daily class Room Teaching,
Office-Library-Laboratory and the play-ground etc., then write their report according to own
experience by learning the school Management. Then they should fill up the school
understanding form, draw the picture of the school building structure, and submit it to the
concerned teacher of the department. The concerned groups supervisor teacher of the department
should submit the report regarding the student activities to the HOD with marks after evaluation.
Format of Evaluation as given below:
1. Report regarding self-Experience 15 Marks
2. Details of the picture of the school building 20 Marks
3. Filling of the prescribed School Understanding format 15 Marks
Practical of the Understanding of School:
Each Groups Should work systematically to present the pictorial report by availing
facilities from the concerned school Management such as:

2. First Year Practical Details
The Enhancing Professional Capacities (EPC) for 200 marks for the 1st year is divided in
three ways as the following:
EPC-1
The five factors indicated here are helpful for quick reading with language ability and
Creative concern towards Education. Each group of students should make synopsis on the basis
of topic and submit it to the Deptarment Language Teacher. The faculty teacher should verify
them on the basis of conception, clarity, linguistic aptness and should submit an evaluation report
to the HOD.
EPC-2
Part-1-
The faculty teacher should verify each part on the basis of participation of the students
and should submit the marks to the HOD.
Part-2-
The faculty teacher should verify first four parts on the basis of their participation and
discipline of the students and should submit marks to the HOD. He should also submit the marks
of the fifth part to the HOD with details and arganizing such as, two internal and three external
games.
EPC-3

The faculty teacher should submit the Marks details in two parts to the HOD on the basis
of the Pupil Teachers submission.
PPT Learning Points of Part-1:
1. Technical Skill in creating PPT
2. Capacity in Dividing Topics and Sub-Topics
3. Experimental Skill in Drawing Pictures
4. Presentation Skill to summarise the topic taken.
Micro-Lessons Learning Points of Part-2:
1. Capacity in all five assigned Skills.
2. The presentation of Micro-classes.
3. Practicing the assigned Skills.
Micro-Teaching Learning Points of Part-3:
1. The faculty teacher should verify the Micro-teaching practice and submit the marks to the
HOD.
MSWORD Learning Points of Part-4:
1. The Computer Teacher should direct the lesson points of teaching and practice.
Conductiong one internal exam result with marks is to be submitted to to the HOD.
Sanskrit Wikipedia Learning Points of Part-5:
1. The students should aware the Sanskrit Wikipedia: experimenting the familiar topics, and
evaluation and marks on the basis of the following:
General introduction about Wikipedia.
Testing Outline Presentation of Wikipedia.

Preparation of Tool for Sanskrit Wikipedia in any one of the Sanskrit Topic by consulting
the concerned teacher
