Align mail preparation, containerization and separations of origin entry mailings with the distribution networks

• 4 Directional sites will have 2 separations Chicago, Cincinnati, Saint Louis, San Francisco

Containerize the separated mail
● Palletization required, if mailer has the capability and meets minimum volume requirements
● Alternate container, to be determined locally
