Emerick History Paul B. Emerick was a teacher who built houses in his spare time on the weekends. His “hobby” grew rapidly through word of mouth, when, in 1943 he established a full-time concrete subcontracting fi rm. By the 1950’s, we were doing general commercial work and won our fi rst $1 million contract with the Dairy Cooperative Association. Over seven decades later, Emerick Construction is ranked among the area’s top general contractors and has earned a reputation as the “contractor of choice” for challenging, team-driven projects.

Adaptability, Integrity and ResponsivenessEmerick’s business approach and values are based upon building partnerships through consistently delivering reliable, responsive and honest work. (AIR). Our customer service permeates into every aspect of how we do business.
