DesignMaster Printing + Mailing retains an in-house designer for assistance in making last-minute changes to your already-designed jobs . We can also design projects from the ground-up if that’s what you need . No project is too small (or too large) . Put our experience to work for you so you can keep moving ahead .
LayoutLayout services are available for the production of small or large projects . Do you have a schedule of classes that needs to be formatted so it flows easily for reading? Perhaps there are pages of information about your manufactured products that need to be inserted into a catalog -- that’s one of our specialties . Maybe your individual pages are done but they just need to be placed in signature format for right ordering in a book .

PRE-PRESS SERVICES >
ProofingSeveral options for job proofs are available:
• black and white laser proofs (for copy editing)
• Epson® full color imposed proofs (made from the exact files that will be plated for the press)
• Epson® photo-quality ink-jet proofs (for color-checking)
• Xerox® digital color proofs
Proofing, plate-making and all pre-press operations are done on-site making for fast turnaround and efficient last-minute editing .
ScanningAre high resolution scans part of your project?
Our flat-bed scanner can provide scanning of original art up to 12 x 18 inches .
Whether we scan or you supply the digital images to us, we can build color-consistent monochrome and duotone images, edit to add or subtract elements (such as backgrounds or unwanted parts of photos) and provide expert color-correction .
Scanning design notes:
If you’re doing the initial layout, you can position low resolution scans in your document for size and cropping instruction (FPOs) and we will professionally scan your art and (if necessary) color correct before we swap the high resolution images into your finished document .

Offset Printing
Our offset presses range from Mitsubishi high speed 5-color lithography—capable of printing up to a 28 x 40 inch sheet size—to smaller Ryobi offset options for 1 to 3 color pieces such as envelopes, business cards, and sales sheets . The variety of production options and the finest craftsmen and technicians in the industry give Master Printing + Mailing the ability to deliver an award-winning finished product, exceptional to the finest detail .
Digital Printing
Often the quantity of pieces needed can make the cost of offset printing prohibitive . Our digital presses offer the option for our customers to have full-color pieces printed in flat sizes up to 12 x 18 inches . On our digital presses, there are no plates . This saves set up costs and makes short run jobs not only possible, but also affordable .

We can print on plastics, pressure sensitive label stock, and heavy cover stocks for die-cut boxes and Point of Purchase displays .
Aqueous Coating
Consider adding an Aqueous coating when you need a high gloss surface to protect your printed piece from dirt, smudges, fingerprints and scratching . Aqueous coating is a fast-drying, water-based, protective coating which is applied over the entire surface of your printed piece (flooded) in-line on press . Aqueous coating is more economical than UV coating and it is more environmentally friendly . Aqueous coating will improve the durability of printed pieces . Note: Coatings can also deepen the color of the printed area over which they are applied . Additional note: Gloss, dull and satin finish varnish coating is also available and can be printed to enhance spot locations, such as images or type .
