Donors supported 627 of our members with financial assistance, ensuring that everyone has a place to belong.

175 children had the opportunity to participate in youth sports program thanks to donor support.

Community support provided 95 youth with the opportunity to attend summer day camp where they experienced the outdoors, made lasting friendships and saw a reduction in summer learning loss.

Donors provided scholarships to 50 children in our early childhood education program, providing a safe and enriching place for them to learn, grow and thrive.

Our staff are dedicated to nurturing our young members in a safe environment with a focus on the character development values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Full privilege members may utilize this service for up to 2 hours per day, per child in your family. We ask that parents please label all items your child brings with them. Immunizations must be up-to-date and an emergency form must be on file. Parents are required to remain on the premises.FEE: Open to all full members for free.

VOLUNTEER GIVE BACK AND VOLUNTEER Consider your time a gift to the YMCA and your community. We are always looking for individuals who enjoy donating their time to help around the Y. Volunteer positions include, but are not limited to: youth sports coaches, event volunteers, fundraisers, facility volunteers and storybook readers. EVENTSFRIDAY FUN Join us on scheduled Fridays for a whole lot of fun. Drop the kids off and enjoy some time alone. Your kids will have dinner, swim, make crafts, and participate in other youth enrichment activities like yoga, tumbling, music and more! Children should wear a swimsuit if they are going to swim. CLUB 58 Club 58 is a special program open to all 5th - 8th graders. On designated Saturday evenings, we open the YMCA just for you. Please register at the door the night of the event.

LEPRECHAUN SMOOTHIES FRIDAY, MARCH 16TH Join us in the lobby for Leprechaun smoothies!

HEALTHY KIDS DAY SATURDAY, APRIL 21ST This event is FREE and open to the community! Join us for a day of healthy activities for kid’s and families including Family Zumba, Bounce House, visits from Dover Fire and Police Departments,

and so much more! Plus, Summer Camp will be there to answer all of your questions and help you get your child signed up for the BEST SUMMER EVER.

WELCOME SUMMER OPEN HOUSE SATURDAY, MAY 26TH Kick off the Summer at the Outdoor Pool as we officially open for the season. This day will be full of games, fun, swimming and cool treats. Rain date Sunday, May 27th.

RED, Y & BLUE WEDNESDAY, JULY 4TH Celebrate the 4th of July at our Outdoor Pool with hot dogs, popsicles, swimming and summer Fun. Hotdogs served 12 - 2 p.m. Plus, join us under the Camp pavilion for some fire crackling Zumba!

GOODBYE SUMMER MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD Join us on our last day of Summer to say goodbye to the outdoor pool. Music, fun and activities.

Take a class, train with friends, work out in the Fitness Center—try it all. Have fun while gaining strength, endurance and increased energy at the YMCA.

FREE GROUP EXERCISE At the Y, we offer group exercise classes for all levels, ages and interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, to strength training, indoor cycling, water exercise, yoga, barre and pilates, you can find a class that’s fun, supportive, challenging and rewarding. HEALTHY LIVING STARTS HERE.Living healthy is about spirit, mind and body at every age and stage. In addition to health assessments, personal coaching, and weight loss management, Y’s also offer classes and programs for those dealing with a chronic disease.

ADAPTIVE FITNESSFor our members with diverse abilities, we offer adaptive fitness equipment complete with a suspension system. We now have the suspension system set up in fitness centers as well as in classes such as Barre, Zumba and Yoga.

FITNESS CONSULTATIONSAre you interested in the fitness center, group exercise, or swimming, but you don’t know where to start? Our fitness staff will assist you in getting familiar with all of our exercise equipment and program options. During your consultation(s), a fitness staff member will help you identify obstacles, set short term goals, and help you establish a program that meets your needs.
