Throttle Body Valve

There are several components of the throttle body valve.

There has since been a 1.5 inch hole drilled in the sleeve and barrel

Throttle Body Assembly

In addition to the actual throttle body valve, the throttle body assembly has a few more components

Housing

The housing was constructed by laying up pre-preg carbon fiber onto the mandrel

Housing

The housing material was vacuum bagged. The mandrel can be disassembled to remove the finished housing

Finished Housing

The housing and the throttle body valve were combined to produce the finished product.
