Cast Design Of Ribs
T type ribs onto Cast Structure , bottom uses radioactive ribs structure to reinforce the rigidity.

HAMADA Gear imported from Japan Chromolybedenum alloy steel, carburized and precision ground to class “0 “of JIS standards.
Force Cooling Spindle/Bearing/Gear,effective lubrication gear to prevent friction and reduce the heating extensibility. Ensure the cutting accuracy by 2 steps speed ,High/Low range to be selected .
X-Axes Transmission Unit

Ball screw for all axes, use gibes to lock the ball nut.
While ball nut receive loading, pressure can be ensured positioning.
